Class Descriptions

Lean Body:  High rep strength training.  Tone & Sculpt that body!

Cycle:  High impact cardio on the bike.  It’s a sweat party.

Senior Fitness:  Strength, cardio, & balance for seniors.  But it ain’t easy!

Pump-30:  Wake up on Saturday with 30 minutes of muscle firming and calorie burning!

Step:  Up, down, and all around your step-station, this “retro” cardio class is still a massive hit
